PurpleOne Partners Application

This is the official application to receive PurpleOne Program Licensing. Applications are reviewed within 30 days of receipt. You will be notified regardless of the decision. Please note that acceptance of the application does not award a license. Partners must meet the PurpleOne Licensing Qualifying Requirements prior to becoming licensed, including attending the PurpleOne Partner Training and a PurpleOne Training. Failure to meet these requirements may result in postponement or denial of the PurpleOne licensee approval.

Memorandum of Understanding

If you are not a domestic violence organization affiliated with your state’s coalition against domestic violence that provides comprehensive services, we will require a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from a local domestic violence organization in your geographical area in support of your application for our license.
